Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures Review zero-trust architecture models and evaluate access design decisions Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand enterprise security Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, CyberArk) Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes Familiarity with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit them Ability to articulate complex access control concepts clearly in written form Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Experience with privileged access management (PAM) or identity governance Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or Zero Trust Architecture Background in penetration testing or threat modeling related to identity systems Prior exposure to AI training or data annotation workflows Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, wherever you are Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Your expertise creates lasting impact on how AI understands real-world security Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
