Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and privilege escalation paths Classify permission issues and identity-related failures with structured, expert reasoning Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for security gaps Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems Help AI understand how identity risk actually emerges and propagates in enterprise environments Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes Familiar with how identity failures occur in the real world — and how attackers exploit them Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to communicate complex security concepts clearly in writing Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, etc.) Background in security architecture, access governance, or identity threat modeling Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, or Zero Trust architectures Prior experience contributing to AI training, red teaming, or security research Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside world-class research teams Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhere Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that makes AI safer and more security-aware Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
