Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer with additional expertise in C# or .NET to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications using Delphi and modernizing applications with C#/.NET as needed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Delphi as the primary programming language. Collaborate on projects requiring migration or integration with C# or .NET frameworks. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes. Participate in architectural discussions to ensure software scalability and maintainability. Work closely with QA, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Delphi development. Strong expertise in C# or .NET with proven experience in designing and implementing modern applications. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with remote teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating legacy Delphi applications to modern frameworks (e.g., .NET). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. What do we offer?
