In this role, you will listen to recorded audio conversations and review, correct, and validate AI-generated transcripts to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and readability. This is not a basic transcription position. We are looking for individuals with an exceptional command of the English language who can identify errors, understand context, and ensure transcripts accurately reflect what was said. The ideal candidate has a background in English, education, writing, editing, transcription, quality assurance, or similar language-intensive work.
