Join Blackmont Consulting – Cambridge Branch, a student‑led consulting organisation founded in 2020. Our teams collaborate remotely across HR, recruitment, and internal consulting functions to support mission‑driven organisations and student consulting teams.
This internship is fully remote, with all training, meetings, and HR activities conducted online.
Work:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will support core people‑operations and administrative functions, including:
- Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment coordination (posting roles, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new team members
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, training materials, and compliance forms
- Help organise virtual training sessions and collect feedback
- Respond to routine HR queries and escalate issues when needed
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture‑building initiatives
- Attend weekly online coordination meetings with the Branch Manager
- Support internal HR processes for student consultants and project teams
