We’re a growing HR consultancy working with international clients (primarily UK) with an entity in France across a variety of industries. We’re looking for a professional HR Consultant to support our clients on HR documentation/audits, employee relations and to deal with their payroll providers for payroll matters. Our team currently consists of a Director, a Senior HR Consultant, an HR Consultant and an HR Assistant.
This new role is created to support the team’s activities in the day-to-day delivery of French HR services for our clients. Ongoing support is available from the team and from French solicitors. The team usually works together to get the best results for clients.
This role is mostly remote but some travel to clients’ sites in France and the UK as well as for occasional Team gatherings in London as and when required is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work across the 5 weekdays, full-time or part-time.

• Generalist HR experience at Management level
And ideally:
• Consulting experience
• Auditing, employee relations and payroll experience
