(eligible after 1yr of 1000 hours worked)As a Human Resources Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:Maintain employee records, including onboarding documents, licenses, certifications, and background checksAssist with recruiting activities such pre-hire courses and document progress and communicating with candidatesCoordinate orientation and onboarding for new healthcare staffTrack credentialing and compliance deadlines to ensure staff meet healthcare regulations and facility requirementsSupport payroll and timekeeping processes by verifying timesheets and attendance recordsRespond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, scheduling, and HR proceduresPrepare HR reports, update databases, and maintain confidential personnel filesAnswer phones as needed.A few must-haves for Human Resources Assistants: Previous administrative or office support experienceFamiliarity with recruiting, onboarding, and employee record management proceduresExperience handling confidential employee information and maintaining accurate documentationStrong technical skills; Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite, scheduling systems, and other healthcare-related software.Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, credentialing, or medical staffing processes (preferred)Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
