📍 Location: Remote (with onsite client visits across Sussex)

⏰ Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

💰 Salary: From £35,000 per annum

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll be working remotely, managing a varied portfolio of clients and providing hands-on HR support across a range of people challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to a portfolio of SME clients
• Building and implementing HR processes and documentation from the ground up
• Providing occasional onsite support to clients who need it
• Working collaboratively with the wider Clear People team

What We’re Looking For

• Solid HR Advisor experience
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload remotely
• A genuine enthusiasm for tech — we use digital tools to work smarter and expect you to do the same
• Happy to do admin - our clients need support with everything from contract drafting, employee correspondence and holiday calculations
• At ease in fast-moving, start-up environments — you’ll bring calm and structure where there isn’t any yet
• Strong communication skills and a practical, people-first approach
• CIPD qualified (or working towards it) preferred
