Job Overview: Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to manage and optimize CRM operations, marketing automation workflows, and sales enablement processes within the HubSpot platform. This role focuses on ensuring the CRM is properly structured, automated, and maintained to support marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HubSpot administration, workflow automation, and CRM optimization. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and maintain CRM workflows and automation in HubSpot Manage contact databases, segmentation, and lifecycle stage tracking Support marketing campaigns through CRM setup and automation flows Optimize lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales processes Create and maintain dashboards and CRM reporting tools Troubleshoot CRM issues and ensure system functionality Improve data quality, structure, and consistency within HubSpot Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM processes Requirements Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and automation tools Experience building workflows, pipelines, and marketing automation sequences Solid understanding of CRM structures and sales/marketing funnels Ability to manage and clean large contact databases Strong analytical mindset and process optimization skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales/marketing/ops) Nice to Have HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub) Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or marketing operations roles Familiarity with data integration or CRM syncing tools Basic understanding of APIs or third-party integrations Experience optimizing conversion funnels and lead scoring models
