As a member of the Hubspot Implementation team, this role will guide customers through the HubSpot technical software setup, identifying objectives, training, and initial activation and adoption. Currently, we offer a hybrid of HubSpot’s traditional onboarding and Onboarding by Objectives. Our customers vary in size and industry, and projects vary in complexity ranging from Base Implementations (Technical setup) plus a Marketing/Sales/Service Hub to full migrations. The candidate should be a motivated team member with strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, desire to continuously learn and improve, and the flexibility to help with various projects. Success in this role is quantitatively measured via client interaction/CSAT, and internal KPIs. Core duties and responsibilities of the role: Standard HubSpot Implementation: Research, Discovery Calls, Identify Objectives, create a project plan, conduct regular customer calls, provide pre-call goals and resources, and follow up with customers on the next steps. Evaluate a customer's current tech stack, recommend an onboarding approach, and develop a plan to lead the customer to long-term success. Ongoing attention to product adoption and developing a growth plan for their future success using HubSpot. Advise clients on HubSpot best practices and work with clients to guide their initial HubSpot setup. Build strong client relationships through transparency, candid communication, business understanding, and excellent execution and delivery. Required qualifications: Prior experience conducting HubSpot Implementations/Onboarding. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Quiet workspace. A dedicated workspace appropriate for conducting customer working sessions. Fluent-level written and verbal English skills. Impeccable attention to detail.
