About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HubSpot Implementation Strategist to join their growing team. As a HubSpot Implementation Strategist, you will play a crucial role in helping their clients leverage the full potential of the HubSpot platform to achieve their business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through HubSpot implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. What You'll Do: ● Strategic Consulting: Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technical needs. Translate these into actionable HubSpot solutions that drive growth and efficiency. ● Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of HubSpot solutions, encompassing marketing automation, sales enablement, customer service optimization, and CRM integration. ● Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for HubSpot implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget. ● Client Training & Enablement: Empower clients to effectively utilize HubSpot through comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing support. ● Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, including its tools, integrations, and APIs. Stay abreast of the latest HubSpot features and best practices. ● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. ● Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize HubSpot workflows, improve processes, and enhance client outcomes. Requirements What We're Looking For: ● Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot consulting, solutions architecture, and implementation. Experience working with upmarket customers is a strong plus. ● HubSpot Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot platform, including marketing, sales, and service hubs. HubSpot certifications are highly valued. ● Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HubSpot's APIs and experience with integration platforms (e.g., MAKE, Zapier). ● Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicate technical concepts, and manage client expectations. ● Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. ● Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Passion for HubSpot: A genuine enthusiasm for the HubSpot platform and a commitment to helping clients achieve success.
