Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a HubSpot Developer at Nidish. The HubSpot Developer will design, build, and maintain HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Marketing Hub implementations, including custom objects, workflows, automation, and integrations. Daily responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, configuring pipelines and properties, creating email templates and landing pages, and optimizing forms and lead capture flows. The role involves building and maintaining HubSpot themes and modules, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes. The HubSpot Developer will also support data migration, reporting setup, QA testing, documentation, and ongoing performance optimization across client accounts. Qualifications Strong HubSpot platform skills, including CRM configuration, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub implementation and optimization. Experience with HubSpot CMS development, including custom themes, modules, templates, and responsive front-end development. Proficiency with integrations and automation, including APIs, iPaaS tools, data sync, and workflow automation across sales and marketing processes. Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks or templating languages. Background in CRM and marketing operations, including pipeline design, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and reporting and dashboard creation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional, client-facing, or agency environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS Developer, Marketing Software, Sales Software) and experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo are preferred. Ability to work independently
