Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and tech-aware HTML Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of HTML and web technology, and can effectively communicate technical features to non-technical clients. You will be responsible for identifying leads, demonstrating our web-based and digital solutions, and driving sales conversations with businesses seeking to innovate through technology. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms. Pitch Pentoz’s digital solutions (web design, automation, marketing, staffing, and more) with emphasis on HTML-based offerings (e.g. landing pages, email templates, CMS integration). Understand and explain HTML elements (tags, structure, email rendering) in a sales context. Collaborate with design and development teams to tailor client solutions. Provide demos and walkthroughs of website structures or front-end deliverables. Maintain and update CRM records, track outreach, and report sales progress. Attend online and in-person meetings with domestic and international prospects. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors in the digital/web services space. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in tech or web-based sales. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how websites and digital assets are built. Strong communication skills—able to translate technical topics into business value. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience with tools like CRM software, G Suite, and basic web editors. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling web design, email marketing, CMS development, or SaaS. Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
