D365 FO SCM Consultant Company: HSO Work Location: Remote Experience: 5–7 Years Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role HSO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced D365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules and experience delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support projects. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain Management processes. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules based on business requirements. Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders. Provide functional expertise across SCM modules including: Procurement and Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Product Information Management Master Planning Sales and Distribution Transportation Management (preferred) Create functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations. Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment. Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues. Conduct user training sessions and prepare user documentation. Work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations. Strong functional expertise in D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules. Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or older versions, including functional configuration, process understanding, and support activities. Experience in migration, upgrade, or transformation projects from Dynamics AX 2012 to D365 Finance & Operations will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in global implementation projects. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable. Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure integrations, and reporting tools is an added advantage. Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies. Why Join HSO?
