About the Role

As an HR Support Officer, you will provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, onboarding processes, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll administration and employee documentation where required.
• Support training, engagement, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
