Job Description This is a remote position. This is a talent pooling requisition in preparation for future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, scheduling). Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document handling and orientation. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs. Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to HR-related queries. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Draft HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and memos. Collaborate with team leads to address employee performance or behavioral concerns. Generate reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role. Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in using HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack or Zoom.
