You will build a strong talent pipeline, directly impacting organizational growth and future success. What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Talent sourcing, Resume Screening, Recruitment, Interview scheduling, Database maintenance. English - Conversational Hindi - Conversational Bangla - Conversational Responsibilities and more: Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of open positions.
