The Role Join us as an HR Operations Partner and take a key role in supporting our people, combining hands-on HR expertise with strategic influence. You’ll partner with leaders to shape a positive employee experience and deliver strong business outcomes. In this role, you'll provide trusted HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, lead employee relations activity, support workforce planning, and use people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and shape decision-making. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, helping to deliver impactful people initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will be responsible for: Driving employee engagement action plans and supporting leaders to deliver meaningful improvements. Managing employee relations cases from investigation through to resolution. Providing practical, timely HR advice on employee relations, performance, conduct, attendance, and absence management. Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, headcount management, and resourcing decisions. Monitoring and analysing workforce metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and vacancies. Supporting and promoting local corporate social responsibility initiatives, including charitable activities and community engagement. Interested?
