Job Description This is a remote position. An established and growing organization within the manufacturing sector is seeking a People Leader to oversee HR across North America. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will be responsible for leading and evolving the People function in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all core areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and development initiatives Act as the primary HR partner across Canada and the U.S. Support a globally distributed workforce Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee experience Ensure HR practices align with applicable employment legislation and business needs Establish and refine HR processes, policies, and frameworks to support ongoing growth Candidate Profile Proven experience leading HR in a multi-region environment (Canada/U.S.) Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and scale HR programs Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership Sound judgment, autonomy, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving Background Experience within manufacturing environments is preferred Exposure to growth-oriented or evolving organizations is an asset Open to a range of experience levels, with emphasis on capability and impact Environment Remote, collaborative, and internationally connected team Growth-oriented business with evolving structure and priorities Limited travel required within North America, with occasional international exposure Compensation Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus Additional Information High-visibility role with direct interaction with senior leadership Opportunity to shape and influence the People function
