Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching, performance management frameworks, and structured feedback. Track and analyze HR metrics and people analytics to support workforce planning and hiring strategies. Manage a global workforce of employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions. Implement and improve HR systems, processes, and policies. Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and collaboration in a remote-first environment. Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. ✅ Requirements Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Operations Manager, or similar role, ideally in a remote or international organization. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions. Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and HR policy implementation. Experience managing both employees and contractors. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership advisory skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives end-to-end. ⭐ Nice to Have Experience scaling teams in fast-growing companies. Familiarity with HR systems and process automation. Knowledge of international compliance, payroll coordination, and contractor management. Experience with employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management programs.
