Our client is a restaurant group based in Dubai are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team. Key responsibilities: Accurately inputting and updating employee information in the HR database. Assisting in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and entering employee data Posting job openings on various platforms and websites. Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and changes. Drafting and distributing internal communications, including memos and announcements. Generating HR reports and metrics as needed. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. What we are looking for? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant role. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, UAE Labor laws etc. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and strong MS Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preference to be given to candidates who can join immediately. Working Conditions: 4 days remote work and one day onsite Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required to meet deadlines or accommodate meetings.
