Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR team in tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and maintaining digital records. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Help onboard new employees by preparing welcome materials, collecting documentation, and setting up profiles in HR systems. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS systems. Support benefits administration by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with enrollment processes. Assist in organizing virtual HR events, training sessions, and team communications. Respond to general HR-related queries from employees and escalate more complex issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and labor laws. Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by HR leadership. Qualifications And Skills Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a remote environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and friendly demeanor in interactions. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential information responsibly.
