Job Overview: Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Healthie EHR Technical Support Specialist to provide system support, configuration assistance, and technical troubleshooting for users of the Healthie platform. This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the Healthie EHR system, including user support, system setup, configuration, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has experience supporting healthcare SaaS platforms and understands clinical or care-based workflows. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for users of the Healthie EHR platform Configure and maintain system settings based on operational requirements Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, errors, and user concerns Support onboarding of new users, providers, or internal teams Assist with system updates, feature setup, and configuration changes Maintain documentation of recurring issues and resolutions Ensure platform stability and smooth user experience Coordinate with internal teams to support workflow requirements Requirements Required Skills & Experience Experience supporting EHR or healthcare SaaS platforms (Healthie experience is a strong advantage) Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with healthcare workflows or clinical operations Ability to support non-technical users in a clear and structured manner Experience in SaaS platform support or technical customer support roles Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Nice to Have: Direct experience with the Healthie platform Background in healthcare IT or clinical systems support Familiarity with integrations or API-based healthcare tools Experience working in remote or distributed support environments Understanding of HIPAA-related workflows or compliance considerations
