The Role As the Head of Sales for KPS Belgium , you will be the driving force behind our commercial expansion. You will take full ownership of the Belgian market, leveraging your existing C-level network and deep-rooted relationships within the SAP Belgium ecosystem to position KPS as the go-to partner for small and medium-size SAP Logistics and EWM transformations. This is a strategic yet hands-on role combining high-level business development, alliance management and regional sales leadership. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Sales Strategy: Define and execute the commercial go-to-market strategy for KPS in Belgium, with a primary focus on expanding our SAP Logistics, EWM and supply chain transformation business. SAP Alliance Management: Actively nurture and leverage your existing strong connections with SAP Belgium (Account Executives, Partner, Managers and Leadership) to ensure KPS is positioned as the preferred implementation partner for incoming pipelines. New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and close small to medium-size consulting opportunities within Belgium. C-Level Positioning: Pitch complex transformation projects to C-level stakeholders and build long-lasting, trusted advisory relationships. Collaboration: Work closely with the European KPS delivery teams and solution architects to structure compelling bids, RFPs and tailored client proposals. Your Profile Proven Track Record: At least 7+ years of senior sales or business development experience within the IT consulting or enterprise software space in Belgium. The SAP Network: You possess an established, strong network within SAP Belgium and a deep understanding of how the SAP partner ecosystem operates. Domain Knowledge: Solid familiarity with the SAP product portfolio, specifically within SAP Digital Supply Chain, Logistics, or SAP EWM . You understand the business pain points of modern supply chains. Hunter Mentality: An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for opening doors, building businesses from the ground up, and a proven ability to hit revenue targets. Language Skills: You are a native or professional fluent Dutch speaker with excellent business English skills. French is considered a strong asset but is not mandatory.
