Head of Sales @ Adhesive Media - Job Description This is not a corporate sales job. If you've spent the last 5 years at Salesforce, please don't apply. Adhesive Media is one of the fastest-growing YouTube sponsorship agencies in the world. We connect YouTubers with brands, and we're scaling fast. Our 2026 target is $14M in deals closed. Our 2032 vision is $100M+ in partnership volume. We're not there yet, and that's exactly why this role exists. We're hiring a Head of Sales to own New Business entirely: recruiting top YouTubers into our creator network and bringing in the brands that want to reach them. BEFORE YOU KEEP READING This role is for someone who has done the work, not just managed people who do it. We need someone who can build the system, work the system, and eventually hire underneath themselves. If you've been in sales for 10 years but haven't written a cold email sequence in 3, this isn't the right fit. The person who thrives here reviews their call recordings on a Friday afternoon not because their manager told them to, but because they want to get better. Like a basketball player watching game film. That's the standard. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Outreach and Campaigns Build and run automated outbound for both YouTubers (email, Instagram, webforms) and sponsors (email, LinkedIn). You know Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar. You understand deliverability and know what a good sequence looks like. One thing worth noting: selling to YouTubers is nothing like normal B2B. 90% don't have a LinkedIn. Their emails aren't in Apollo. We've built custom tech to solve this, and you'll work closely with our developer to run and improve it. Pipeline and CRM Own the CRM. Keep it clean. Know your numbers at every stage of the funnel. You'll handle outreach and booking initially - eventually this gets delegated to an SDR you hire, but you need to know the job yourself first. Data and Funnel Analysis You look at the funnel obsessively. Where are we losing people? What's converting? You bring this thinking to every decision and know how to pull answers from a spreadsheet or AI tool. If it's not tracked, it didn't happen. Sales Calls By day 90, you're leading calls with new YouTubers and sponsors. You prep before every call because showing up knowing who you're talking to is just how you operate. Building the Machine Everything you build, you document. SOPs, playbooks, Notion. You know when to loop in our dev team and how to write a clear brief for something custom. THE RAMP 30 days: Creator email campaigns running. Sponsor pipeline understood. Up to 5 sponsor calls/week. CRM organized. 60 days: 1,000 creator outbounds/week. 8+ creator calls/week. 5 sponsor calls/week consistent. 90 days: 2,000 creator outbounds/week. 12+ creator calls/week. You're leading sales calls. New business system is fully yours. 180 days: 20+ creator calls/week. 10+ sponsor calls/week. SDR hired. Full playbook documented in Notion. WHO YOU ARE 5+ years in sales at a startup or high-growth company, not a Fortune 500 Worked remotely with US-based companies Systems thinker who also moves fast Highly logical and data-driven, but can genuinely connect with people on a call High drive, low ego - the type who asks "are we on track to hit targets?" not "what's my PTO policy?" Familiar with the YouTube and creator space, or genuinely obsessed with learning it • Tools you know: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, EmailBison, HubSpot or Close, Google Sheets, AI call recorders THE DETAILS Remote, South Africa 9am to 5:30pm EST Base: $36,000/year | OTE: $60,000/year Reports to the CEO
