Operating Model & Structures • Translate consulting strategy into concrete processes: AI delivery, quality standards, business value engineering, Solution Quality Assurance • Build and evolve the frameworks that enable advisory-led delivery – Business Value Engineering (BE) Tooling, standard workshop formats, AI accelerator adoption, accelerator library • Close the gap between where the teams are today and where they need to be - deliberately and systematically Culture & Team Development • Create a working environment built on high expectations and genuine autonomy - consultants own their work, their client relationships, and their growth • Introduce modern feedback structures: 360-degree feedback, peer reviews, transparent development conversations • Build structured enablement pathways so every consultant can operate independently - from BVE conversations to partner advisory • Replace traditional close management with clear standards and visible performance Delivery Quality & Hiring • Maintain oversight of delivery quality across SDM, RFNO, and project management - through standards and structured governance • Ensure partner QA framework is operational: design reviews, health checks, defined escalation paths • Lead hiring and onboarding for SDM and RFNO teams in collaboration with CCO and HR Dein Profil Must-Have 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting or a closely related enterprise software environment 5+ years of leadership experience with larger consulting teams Proven track record of building operating models and structures that land - not just designing them Strong people developer: honest in assessment, clear in expectation, patient in development Structured thinker who creates clarity without bureaucracy Believes in the combination of high freedom and high expectations - and knows how to make it real Fluent in English and German Nice-to-Have Exposure to downstream logistics or retail fuel industry Experience with AI-assisted delivery or modern feedback frameworks (360-degree reviews, OKRs) Background in partner ecosystems or multi-stakeholder delivery environments What We Offer A mandate to build the consulting practice - with genuine execution ownership Direct working relationship with the CCO - clear direction, real delegation A team in motion: new hires with advisory potential, existing consultants ready to develop Attractive compensation package, hybrid working (Hamburg HQ + remote) Warum wir?
