Global Scope | 750+ Employees | 60+ Countries We're looking for a Head of People Operations to lead the transformation of a global People function operating across a complex, regulated, and rapidly evolving international environment for a prime brokerage business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and modernising People Operations. You'll move the function from a predominantly transactional service model to one powered by automation, data, streamlined processes, and exceptional employee experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll create a scalable People Operations framework that supports international growth, strengthens business partnering, and enables better workforce decision-making through data and insight. Key Responsibilities Lead the transformation of the People Operations function Introduce automation, self-service, and scalable processes across the employee lifecycle Build robust people data, reporting, and analytics capabilities Develop consistent global frameworks across multiple jurisdictions Partner with senior stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness Coach and develop a People team through significant change Drive operational excellence while supporting continued business growth We're Looking For Experience leading or transforming a People Operations function in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of HR technology, automation, and process improvement Multi-country or international HR experience Data-driven approach with strong analytical capability Proven experience leading teams through change Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders Highly Desirable Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, or another regulated industry Exposure to scaling businesses and distributed workforces Familiarity with platforms such as HiBob, Personio, Rippling, Workday, or similar Why Join?
