The role is remote. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a distributed and cross-functional People team. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including executive-level stakeholders. Support organizational growth, restructures, capability development, and healthy team scaling using data-driven approach. Implement continuous feedback practices into performance and development frameworks. Ensure people processes are efficient and automated where possible, enabling teams to focus on product and business outcomes. Address operational challenges pragmatically while maintaining high standards and sustainable systems. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar leadership role (Head of HR/ Head of People / HRD) within a fast-paced product environment. Previous experience in a start-up or within the iGaming industry is a significant advantage. Strong background across operations, talent acquisition, and employer brand, with experience leading cross-functional people teams. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience building distributed, high-performing product-centric teams across multiple geographies and hubs. Strong business focus with the ability to align people strategy with growth drivers. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid growth, and cultural transformation. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across organizational levels. Fluent level of English.
