Today, growth is driven primarily through strategic partnerships. Tomorrow, the ambition is much bigger. You'll take ownership of revenue performance, partner strategy and commercial execution whilst building the foundations for the next stage of growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a large sales organisation. It's a role for someone who enjoys building. Initially, you'll lead a small commercial team whilst remaining hands-on with partners, opportunities and revenue generation. Longer-term, you'll help shape and build the wider commercial organisation, including future direct sales capability across both the UK and North America. What You'll Be Doing Own the company's net-new revenue number. Lead and develop an existing team of Partner Managers. Build stronger, deeper relationships across strategic partners. Personally support and close key commercial opportunities. Create a scalable partner-led revenue engine. Own forecasting, pipeline management and board reporting. Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success. Play a key role in hiring future commercial talent. Influence future GTM strategy as the business scales. What We're Looking For Experience leading commercial growth within a SaaS business (Ideally CCaaS) Strong exposure to channel, partnerships, alliances or indirect sales models. Comfortable carrying a quota and remaining hands-on - You'll know your numbers! Experience building commercial functions rather than simply managing mature teams. Strong commercial acumen around pricing, negotiation and deal structure. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving scale-up environment. The Important Bit This isn't a partnerships role where success is measured by logos signed. You'll own a revenue number. You'll carry a quota. You'll be expected to roll your sleeves up, get involved in deals and help build the commercial engine that drives the next stage of growth. Package Up to £120,000 basic salary, £200,000 OTE & Equity. Uncapped accelerators. Genuine earnings potential beyond £200,000. Remote-first role, with travel expected to partners globally.
