Now it is about execution at a higher level. About the Role You step in as the marketing lead with full ownership from day one. Strategy, budget, team and execution all sit with you. This is not about maintaining the status quo. It is about leading, making decisions and delivering outcomes. You will work closely with leadership and be expected to bring clarity, structure and momentum. What You’ll Own The 12-month marketing strategy including budgets, priorities and performance tracking Execution across all channels including paid, organic, CRM, SEO, partnerships and content Full budget ownership tied to revenue and CAC targets Internal team leadership and external agency management Major campaigns, product launches and key trading periods Cross-functional alignment across the business What You’ll Be Doing Lead and execute a commercially grounded marketing plan Drive consistency across brand and channel outputs Manage and develop a distributed team Report performance and direction to senior stakeholders Ensure marketing is directly tied to business outcomes What You Bring Proven experience leading marketing in a D2C business Experience operating at $25M+ revenue scale Strong leadership across teams and agencies Commercial mindset with full funnel understanding Ability to operate in fast, lean environments Why This Role Full ownership of the marketing function High impact role at a critical growth stage Direct exposure to senior leadership Autonomy with clear accountability Locations Sydney Remote status Hybrid Yearly salary AUD140,000 - AUD170,000 Employment type Full-time
