Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvements in maintenance strategies. Develop and manage IT and solution architecture to suggest better solutions and tools for customers. Evaluate and recommend IT tools and systems to enhance maintenance planning and spare part management. Ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions with existing maintenance and business processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. Extensive experience in maintenance planning activities and sequences. Proven experience in developing maintenance plans and programs. Strong understanding of Maximo system functionalities and capabilities. In-depth knowledge of spare part and data management in SAP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders. Familiarity with the energy industry and its maintenance practices is highly desirable. Solid understanding of IT and solution architecture principles. Experience with evaluating, implementing, and managing IT tools and systems for maintenance planning.
