MarketsVox is expanding rapidly across Latin America, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly connected Head of LATAM to lead our regional strategy. This role is ideal for a senior BD professional who understands the FX/CFDs industry, has an established network, and knows how to build sustainable, scalable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the LATAM regional business strategy Build, manage, and mentor local BD, IB, and affiliate teams Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across key markets Establish strong partnerships with IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, and influencers Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and competitor landscape Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams Represent MarketsVox at events, seminars, expos, and webinars Ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency with HQ 4+ years of experience in FX/CFDs (BD/Partnerships/Regional Leadership) Strong network and credibility within LATAM trading communities Proven success in growing markets and managing teams Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate systems, and partner funnels Excellent communication in Spanish + good English Goal-driven, strategic thinker, strong leadership
