The Job: As Head of Key Account Management for our Real Estate business unit, you will lead one of the most important growth levers within Kleinanzeigen Immobilien. You own the commercial success of our Key Account business, driving acquisition, growth and retention across a diverse portfolio of real estate customers. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, you will build a scalable revenue engine, shape our market presence and accelerate the next phase of growth in a market with significant untapped potential. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Sales Director, Real Estate. Who You Are: You have led Team Leads and Individual Contributors, and have extensive experience in B2B sales leadership. You have a strong track record of driving revenue growth in complex sales environments, ideally within real estate, digital marketplaces, classifieds or similarly fragmented markets. You are equally comfortable acquiring new business and expanding existing customer relationships, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and a willingness to step into customer discussions and negotiations when needed. You have built and scaled commercial organizations through clear performance management, forecasting discipline and operational excellence. You are highly entrepreneurial, thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership from strategy through execution. You build trust with customers, teams and senior stakeholders through clear communication, credibility and a results-oriented mindset. You recognize the strategic potential of AI and actively leverage AI-driven insights and tools to enhance commercial performance, customer engagement and operational efficiency. You are fluent in German and English. What You’ll Do: Define and execute the strategy for the Key Account Management channel, creating a scalable framework for acquiring, growing and retaining key accounts. Drive sustainable revenue growth through a balanced focus on new business acquisition, account expansion, upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Own relationships with selected strategic customers, leading critical negotiations and setting the benchmark for commercial excellence across the organization. Lead, develop and empower Team Leads and Individual Contributors, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, execution quality and customer value. Establish a disciplined operating rhythm through pipeline reviews, forecasting and performance management, ensuring transparency and predictability of results. Act as a key commercial representative of Kleinanzeigen Immobilien in the market and translate customer insights into actionable priorities for Product, Marketing and Finance.
