About Growth Signals We’re building the future of AI-driven strategic innovation, and we’re looking for people who are excited to join us at the ground floor. As a seed-stage B2B startup, we’re on a mission to help teams accelerate discovery, validate concepts faster and scale impact across the organization, and we believe customer obsession is our unfair advantage. As an early member of our team, you’ll shape how we engage, retain, and grow our product & customers. Our Culture We’re builders, learners, and problem-solvers who take pride in delivering real value to our customers. We believe in fast feedback loops, radical transparency, and taking smart bets. If you’re energized by ambiguity, thrive in startup chaos, and care deeply about helping customers succeed, we’d love to hear from you. Why Join Us Be one of the first 10–20 employees at a high-potential AI startup Shape not just your role, but how we build and scale Competitive salary + early-stage equity Flexible remote-first culture Opportunity to work directly with founders and shape product and customer strategy Build relationships with innovative customers solving hard problems with AI We’re looking for a Development Operations Engineer (DevOps) to own and evolve the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational reliability of our platform. This role is hands‑on and highly collaborative, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and easy to operate. You’ll help us balance startup agility with production‑grade reliability—building systems that “just work” while continuously improving how we ship and operate software.
