The product is live. We're now looking for a Growth & Go-To-Market Lead to help translate our vision into a scalable growth engine through strategic positioning, partnerships, community-led growth, and user acquisition. What You'll Do • Own and execute user acquisition initiatives across organic, community, partnership, and referral channels • Identify and validate promising user segments and growth opportunities • Build relationships with communities, coaches, creators, universities, and other relevant partners • Design and run growth experiments — move fast, measure outcomes, and iterate • Refine positioning, messaging, and distribution strategy based on market feedback • Track growth metrics and turn insights into action Who We're Looking For • Experience in growth, GTM strategy, community building, product marketing, or startup marketing • Able to think strategically, execute independently, and drive initiatives from idea to outcome • Strong understanding of content-led, community-led, and partnership-led growth • Interested in behaviour change, accountability, education, coaching, productivity, or consumer technology Engagement • Full-Time / Contract • Fully Remote • Early-stage startup environment • Compensation structure to be discussed, with potential performance-based incentives If interested, send a short note explaining why GoalPaddy interests you and examples of growth initiatives you've led or would explore for a product like this.
