Brief Description Lead and develop the finance and accounting team of six colleagues based in two locations in Germany Manage and oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB Set team priorities and ensure deadlines are met Work closely with two financial controllers overseeing financial operations in Germany and Austria Maintain strong financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement Technical Requirements University degree in Finance, Accounting or related 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting in Germany At least 3 years of people management experience Excellent knowledge of the HGB Tax and basic insurance-related knowledge Excellent German and proficient English language skills (spoken and written) Preferred Personal Skills Highly developed leadership skills Strong interpersonal and international teamworking skills Willingness to work in Kurita’s Mannheim office with flexible hybrid arrangements Highly organized Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
