This role focuses on driving outbound AI data partnerships through strategic outreach and relationship-building in the AI training data industry. The position is central to scaling high-quality contributions that power frontier AI models, enabling experts to apply their expertise through advanced evaluations and reinforcement learning environments. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners in the AI and data industries using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequencing. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage robust lead pipelines for AI data partnerships. • Develop and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads in the AI training data ecosystem. • Conduct outbound calls with company points of contact, addressing objections related to data sharing, compensation models, and partnership terms. • Vet companies against technical and ethical criteria to ensure alignment with AI model training requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or growth roles with demonstrated success in lead generation and partnership acquisition. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or equivalent outbound sales platforms with a track record of building targeted lead lists. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email sequences and handle objections in the AI or data domain. • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track outreach activities, pipeline development, and partnership progress. • Familiarity with AI model training data concepts, data licensing, or partnerships in the AI ecosystem is a strong advantage. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively across multiple outreach campaigns.
