SmartRisk Sheets is building a risk intelligence platform for regulated industries.

We help organizations move from static risk registers in spreadsheets to live, structured risk intelligence that supports decision-making, compliance, and operational visibility.

We are early-stage and founder-led, focused on building a repeatable path to enterprise customers in regulated markets.

The Role

We are not hiring a traditional marketer.

We are looking for a Growth Operator who can take ownership of early-stage customer acquisition and help build a repeatable system for generating enterprise pipeline.

This role is focused on creating revenue conversations, not running campaigns.

You will work directly with the founder.

What You Will Own

• Build a repeatable system for generating qualified enterprise conversations
• Design and execute LinkedIn + outbound-led acquisition strategies
• Identify and test the fastest paths to early customers in regulated industries
• Develop messaging that converts technical product value into business outcomes
• Build a lightweight but consistent pipeline (leads → conversations → demos → pilots)
• Experiment with channels and quickly double down on what produces meetings, not vanity metrics
• Support early positioning decisions based on market feedback

What Success Looks Like (Very Important)

Within a short period, we expect you to help generate:

• Consistent weekly qualified conversations with ICP buyers
• Clear understanding of what messaging converts and what does not
• A repeatable acquisition motion (not one-off campaigns)
• Early pipeline that can convert into pilots and revenue

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have built or helped build B2B SaaS pipeline from scratch
• Understand enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
• Think in terms of revenue systems, not marketing tasks
• Are comfortable operating without structure in early-stage environments
• Have strong execution bias (you test, ship, iterate quickly)
• Can translate technical or complex products into clear business value

You Are Likely NOT a Fit If You

• Focus primarily on content, branding, or social media growth
• Need heavy structure, playbooks, or predefined funnels
• Measure success in impressions, followers, or engagement
• Prefer execution of strategy rather than owning outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, regtech, compliance, or enterprise SaaS
• Background in outbound sales, SDR, or demand generation
• Experience working directly with founders in early-stage startups
• Understanding of regulated industries or risk/compliance workflows

Compensation

Competitive and flexible based on experience.

We are open to:

• Monthly retainer
• Contract-based engagement
• Performance-linked structure
