Our outbound efforts are already highly targeted and successful, and we are now building a stronger inbound acquisition strategy through SEO, content, automation, and data-driven marketing. Role Description Are you passionate about growth marketing, lead generation, SEO, and building scalable acquisition systems? Compliance MedQRA is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help accelerate the growth of our QraOne, our AI-enabled Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) built for Medical Devices, SaMD, AI Healthcare, IVD, and Life Sciences organizations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building growth engines, automating workflows, generating qualified leads, and driving measurable business impact. As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be the tactical builder behind our customer acquisition pipeline. You will not just be creating content. Instead, you will be engineering the systems that identify, extract, and capture high-intent leads. Your role balances two critical growth functions: Inbound Engine (SEO and Funnels): Building our organic search foundation from scratch to drive long-term organic traffic and conversions. Outbound Infrastructure (Data Operations): Designing automated list building, data scraping, and lead enrichment workflows so our execution team has highly targeted lists to prospect. Note: You do not need to do cold calling or handle direct sales rejections. Our internal execution team handles the direct sales outreach. Your job is to build the machine, find the data, and tee up the opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Data Operations and Lead Scraping List Generation and Scraping: Build highly targeted prospect databases using advanced scraping techniques, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and automated enrichment workflows. Data Enrichment and Hygiene: Clean, segment, and enrich lead data to ensure our outreach team targets the right buyer personas with accurate contact info. Playbook Development: Help scale our existing outbound motions into systematic, data-backed playbooks. 2. SEO and Organic Inbound Growth SEO Foundations: Take ownership of keyword research, identifying search intent, and handling on-page and technical SEO to position our brand in front of early-stage buyers. Conversion Optimization: Design and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels that successfully turn passive traffic into qualified inbound leads. Nurture Automation: Set up automated email sequences to nurture leads and build pipeline momentum. 3. Marketing Tech Stack and CRM Management Pipeline Alignment: Manage the lead-routing and attribution process inside our newly implemented CRM to ensure seamless data handoffs. Growth Stack Optimization: Maintain and maximize tools across our growth stack, including scraping tools, intent data, and email automation platforms. What We Are Looking For The Technical Marketer: You have 1 to 3 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, with a heavy emphasis on data-driven marketing. Data and Scraping Literacy: You have deep familiarity with building lists via data extraction, verification, and enrichment tools such as Apollo, etc. SEO Knowledge: You have a proven ability to build organic search visibility, structure high-ranking content architectures, and execute conversion optimization.
