Growth Marketer | ComplyJet
Remote (India preferred) · Full-time · ₹8–12 LPA + benefits
## What ComplyJet Does
We help early-stage SaaS startups get SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA certified, without hiring a full compliance team. Hundreds of customers. Growing fast.
Marketing today is founder-led. It works. But we have an invisibility problem: our future customers are already out there, asking the questions we can answer, in communities and forums and feeds we're not in yet. This role is how we fix that.
## What This Role Is
Not a strategist role. Not a "manage the content calendar" role.
We need someone to own ComplyJet's presence in the places our prospects go before they've heard of us: Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora, niche SaaS communities, off-page platforms. The conversations are already happening. We're not in them yet.
This role exists to change that. Every day, with discipline and taste.
## The Kind of Person We're Looking For
You think in distribution, not just content. You know a great piece of writing with no audience is a tree falling in a forest. You're the kind of person who can't let that happen.
You know how communities work. Not as channels to extract value from, but as conversations you have to earn the right to enter. You can tell the difference between a reply that adds something and one that's just spam with a longer jacket on.
You have taste. You can judge when something's ready to publish and when it's not. That judgment doesn't come from a checklist. It comes from you.
You use AI the way a craftsperson uses power tools: to move faster without losing quality. You're not trying to automate your way out of judgment. You're using it to produce more of what only you can produce.
You don't need to be chased. You show up every day because the work matters to you. Not because someone's checking.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. There's no existing playbook here. You'll have to build it, test it, and improve it. That excites you more than it worries you.
## What Success Looks Like in 12 Months
When a founder Googles "best SOC 2 tool" or lands on a compliance subreddit at 11pm, they find ComplyJet in the conversation: not in an ad, but in a genuinely helpful comment, a thread we started, an article someone else wrote that cited us.
A startup building their first SaaS product remembers our name because they saw it in a Quora answer three months before they needed us.
Our LinkedIn presence is consistent, growing, and recognizable. It doesn't read like corporate content. It reads like a company with a real point of view.
We have real backlinks, real citations, real community presence. Built through value, not volume.
You've built the playbook. It works without you doing every single thing. The brand is measurably more visible across the internet than it was 12 months ago. You can point to each piece of that and say: I built that.
## What You Bring
2–3 years in SaaS marketing. You've owned a channel and grown it. Not maintained it. Grown it.
## Why Now
We've found product-market fit. The product is strong. Customers love us. The missing piece is visibility in the channels where future customers are already asking the questions we can answer.
There's real territory to claim. No one owns it yet internally. Your work shows up fast, unfiltered, and attributed.
