Growth Marketer

BrainBite is an innovative ed-tech platform delivering hyper-personalized learning experiences through advanced 1-on-1 conversational AI tutoring for children aged 6 and above.

Role Description

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who owns the full funnel, from first ad impression to engaged, returning user. You'll be the go-to person for paid acquisition, email marketing, conversion optimization, and user journey design.

What You'll Do

• Paid Ads — Plan, run, and optimize online (Meta, Google/Youtube, TikTok) and offline (flyers, direct marketing, affiliates and partners) ad campaigns targeting parents, tutors and teachers
• Email/Whatsapp Marketing — Build automated flows: onboarding sequences, nurture campaigns, re-engagement, and retention
• (AI)SEO — Drive organic growth through keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and technical (AI)SEO improvements
• Conversion Funnels — Map, measure, and improve every step from ad click → signup → active learner
• User Journeys — Design and refine the end-to-end experience that turns curious parents into loyal users
• User Acquisition — Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies to grow our parent user base (paid, organic, referral, partnerships)
• Analytics — Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and report on what's working and what's not

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing
• Proven track record running Meta Ads with measurable results
• Experience with email/marketing automation tools (e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards, and experimentation
• Bonus: experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C subscription products
• Huge Bonus: Dutch language skills

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Marketing and Sales knowledge
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Interest in education technology and the learning process is a plus
• Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and innovation
