We invite you to join us on our mission to grow further. As Growth Marketeer Denmark you will be responsible for acquiring new and local guests for our resorts in Denmark and grow the region as a source market for all Landal destinations.
With your strong understanding of the Danish market and culture, you are the functional leader of all regional marketing activities, guiding and aligning colleagues across marketing and beyond, in various project teams. You work in close collaboration with the regional team in Varde, Denmark. You are also line manager of two marketing professionals in this regional team.
Your role is primarily based at the Landal head office in Amsterdam. You ensure mutual understanding and knowledge sharing between Amsterdam and Varde. To build a strong relationship you visit the Varde office on a regular basis, at least every month for a mid-week.

In this role, you will drive the commercial growth and marketing performance for Denmark, ensuring strong collaboration between the regional team, stakeholders, and central functions while continuously optimizing marketing activities and strategies, planning and prioritizing. Key activities in this role are:
Your workplace is our office in Amsterdam. While we aim for 5 days in-office to enable close collaboration, working two days from home is a possibility.

We are looking for a commercially driven marketer who brings structure to a complex and dynamic environment. You maintain a strong overview and are highly flexible. You are a collaborative, communicative and outgoing professional who builds strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. You are hands-on and proactive, you step in where needed and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Furthermore you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing within a direct-to-consumer (mass market) environment
- A bachelorβs degree or equivalent academic working and thinking level
- A strong understanding of the Danish market and culture
- Preferably experience within travel, leisure, tourism or media, with knowledge of relevant channels and audiences
- Understanding of the holiday park, summer house or private rental market is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to develop and launch creative campaigns, brand stories and activation concepts independently, without relying on agencies
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights and data into growth opportunities
- Experience in managing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and concept to execution and optimization
- A data-driven way of working, using performance insights to continuously improve results
- Experience with OKRs, quarterly roadmaps, structured marketing planning and budget management

*A full-time position at Roompot/Landal consists of a 38-hour workweek, equivalent to 5 working days. For part-time employment, salary and vacation days are calculated on a pro rata basis.
Unfortunately for this position weβre not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
