About Tradeify Tradeify is a fast-growing futures proprietary trading firm operating a performance-driven B2C growth engine across paid and organic channels. We are building a premium brand in trading — combining elite performance, education, and media (including TradeifyTV and our podcast). As we scale, our web presence is a critical growth lever — from our homepage and landing pages to content hubs and SEO-driven pages. We are looking for a Growth Designer who can craft high-converting, visually compelling web experiences that turn visitors into customers. Role Summary We are hiring a full-time Growth Designer to design web experiences that convert across Tradeify's digital properties. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will design landing pages, homepage updates, content hubs, campaign pages, and other marketing web properties — working from briefs and collaborating closely with our Marketing and Product teams. The pace is fast, the output is high, and the quality bar is premium. You need to understand what makes people buy. Not just how to make things look good — but how to structure a page, craft a narrative, and guide a visitor toward action. Whether the traffic comes from paid ads, organic search, or email, you should know how to design an experience that converts. You should have a strong sense for conversion design principles, persuasive layout, and compelling copy — and be able to combine that with genuinely excellent visual design. Over time, this role will evolve to include more ownership of conversion strategy and experimentation, but the near-term focus is delivering exceptional design work at pace. What You'll Do Design and iterate on landing pages, homepage sections, content hubs, and campaign web pages Craft persuasive page narratives — structuring content, messaging hierarchy, and calls to action that drive conversions Execute on marketing briefs with a high standard of UI craft and visual polish Design for multiple traffic sources — ensuring pages are effective whether visitors arrive via paid, organic, email, or social channels Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma Collaborate with Marketing on A/B test variations, informed by conversion best practices and UX heuristics Ensure mobile-first, responsive design across all web properties Deliver clean, well-organised design specs for developer handoff Over time, use analytics tools and user research insights to build evidence-based hypotheses for page iterations What We're Looking For Must have 3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and conversion thinking — including landing pages, homepages, or other marketing web properties A deep understanding of conversion design — you know what makes people take action, how to structure a persuasive page, and how to apply CRO principles and UX heuristics Strong UI sensibility — typography, layout, colour theory, spacing, visual hierarchy A good sense for copywriting and narrative — you can evaluate and shape messaging, not just place it Advanced proficiency in Figma with clean, structured files Experience designing for performance marketing environments where design is tied to measurable outcomes Comfortable working from briefs and iterating quickly based on feedback Strong communication skills — you can articulate design decisions clearly and receive feedback constructively Nice to have Experience in trading, fintech, or financial services Design systems experience — contributing to component libraries, tokens, and scalable patterns Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) and comfort interpreting qualitative and quantitative data Exposure to user research methods — surveys, usability testing, five-second tests Experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code/low-code platforms Interaction design or motion skills (Jitter, LottieFiles, After Effects) Understanding of esports aesthetics or gaming-to-trading brand positioning Basic understanding of HTML/CSS What Success Looks Like Web pages that are visually premium and convert — you raise both the quality bar and performance metrics Fast, reliable delivery on marketing briefs without sacrificing craft Persuasive, well-structured pages where the design and narrative work together to drive action A cohesive, elevated web presence across all of Tradeify's digital properties Over time, increasingly evidence-informed design decisions that improve conversion rates through better hypotheses, not just better pixels Why Join Tradeify Work directly with a fast-moving executive and growth team High ownership and visibility from day one Fully remote environment Opportunity to grow from execution into conversion strategy as the design department scales Competitive compensation in a performance-driven culture
