We're looking for a Growth & CRO Lead to own and scale our experimentation program across the customer journey. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through data-driven testing, conversion optimization, and continuous experimentation. You will identify growth opportunities, build hypotheses, prioritize testing roadmaps, and work cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketers, analysts, and ecommerce teams to deliver measurable business impact. This is not an execution-only role. We're looking for someone who understands how experiments influence revenue and can own an experimentation strategy end-to-end. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Own the experimentation roadmap across ecommerce funnels, landing pages, product pages, offers, messaging, pricing, cart, and checkout experiences; Work closely with the CEO to align experimentation priorities with company growth objectives, strategic initiatives, and business goals; Identify growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis; Develop hypotheses based on customer behavior, conversion psychology, market insights, and business objectives; Prioritize experiments based on potential impact, effort, and confidence; Lead A/B testing initiatives from ideation through implementation, analysis, and scaling; Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics data to uncover friction points and growth opportunities; Partner with designers, developers, copywriters, marketers, and business stakeholders to launch and evaluate experiments; Measure and report on experiment outcomes, revenue impact, conversion improvements, and customer experience enhancements; Continuously optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization opportunities across the customer lifecycle; Build and maintain experimentation processes, documentation, testing frameworks, and reporting standards; Stay current with CRO methodologies, experimentation frameworks, customer behavior trends, and ecommerce best practices. WHAT WE EXPECT: 3+ years of experience driving growth and experimentation initiatives in roles such as CRO Lead, Senior CRO Specialist, Growth Lead, Product Growth Manager, Performance Marketing Lead, Senior Media Buyer with strong CRO expertise, Product Manager with experimentation ownership, or similar growth-focused positions; Proven experience owning experimentation programs and delivering measurable business impact; Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and customer decision-making behavior; Experience building hypotheses, prioritizing tests, and managing experimentation roadmaps; Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on quantitative insights; Experience working with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks; Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and conversion funnels; Comfortable working with analytics and behavior tracking tools; Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, development, marketing, and business teams; Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, growth, and business outcomes; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
