OVERVIEW: We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Intermediate Graphic Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful retail company who have been operating for over 20 years. We are looking for a collaborative person, who has strong attention to detail, a creative thinker, combined with a happy personality. This role would suit someone who is super organised and likes to be busy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Multichannel Design: Produce high-quality content for web, social media, paid media, EDMs, and in-store visual merchandising. Collaborate: Work closely with the E-commerce team to bring creative briefs to life across various platforms and generate fresh concepts. Project Management: Manage your own workflow and deadlines effectively while juggling multiple retail campaigns. 2+ years of professional design experience (in retail or ecommerce role). Proficient in design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Outstanding relationship management skills with a willingness to work collaboratively and autonomously. Strong problem-solving capability. Great time-management and prioritisation skills. Preferably BSc degree in Design, Visual arts, or relevant field. Motion graphic experience is a bonus. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Organic and paid video editing experience is a bonus. You must also be available to work a Skeleton Roster during the Christmas/New Year period.
