Get ready to Design static graphics and video ad creatives for Meta and other platforms Edit short-form videos, including hooks, cutdowns, and campaign highlights Add motion graphics and light animations to boost engagement Collaborate closely with the product lead, head of creative, and marketing team Contribute ideas for new visual concepts and campaign strategies Explore how AI tools can optimize creative processes and enhance production Stay ahead of design, wellness, and platform trends Manage projects with high quality and fast turnarounds We expect you to Have proven experience in video editing and graphic design for performance marketing Be skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or similar tools) Understand what makes Meta ads perform Be a strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail Be curious and open to AI applications in creative work Work independently and take ownership of your projects Communicate clearly in English Salary Gross salary range is 2600 - 3200 EUR/month. Location We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius , and super cool hubs in Kaunas , Klaipėda, and Riga ! For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
