They’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life across a wide range of channels and audiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with polished execution and is excited by the opportunity to create meaningful work within the healthcare space.

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets across digital and print channels.
• Develop engaging digital advertisements, social media content, websites, sales aids, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and trade show/event materials.
• Create and evolve brand identities and visual systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Produce polished, production-ready files while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Contribute innovative ideas and elevate the creative output across client accounts.
• Support video and motion design initiatives when required. Experience in this area is highly desirable, though not essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across both digital and traditional mediums.
• Demonstrated experience designing a broad range of materials, including digital ads, social media assets, websites, sales aids, leave-behinds, presentation decks, brochures, email communications, trade show and event materials, and branding or identity projects.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Comfort working independently within a fully remote environment.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word

Nice to Have:

• Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech brands.
