Graphic Design Intern (Remote)

Poster Culture is a modern wall poster brand focused on creating visually striking designs inspired by movies, sports, music, motorsports, anime, gaming, fashion, and pop culture. We create posters designed for room decor and wall art, combining strong typography, storytelling, and modern aesthetics.

We're looking for a Graphic Design Intern who has a strong eye for design, enjoys creating posters, follows design trends, and wants hands-on experience building a creative brand from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Design wall posters and visual artwork for the brand

• Create poster concepts, variations, and themed collections

• Work with typography, layouts, composition, textures, and visual storytelling

• Create social media creatives and ecommerce graphics when required

• Research trends, pop culture references, and design inspiration

• Prepare designs for both print and digital platforms

• Collaborate closely with the founder on creative direction and ideas

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly

• Passion for design, movies, sports, music, anime, gaming, fashion, automotive culture, or pop culture

• Portfolio, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram design page, or sample work is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Experience creating posters, album covers, sports edits, cinematic artwork, or branding projects

• Understanding of print design

• Knowledge of motion graphics

• Interest in Formula 1, cinema, anime, sneakers, cars, or internet trends

Internship Details

• Remote role

• Full-time internship

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

• Open Positions: 3

• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST

• Weekly off: Sunday

• Internship duration: 3 months

• High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role after successful completion of the internship

• We view this internship as a pathway to a long-term role. Interns who demonstrate strong design skills, consistency, ownership, and a willingness to learn will be given preference for full-time opportunities within Poster Culture.

• This is not a freelance or project-based opportunity

• We are looking for someone who can commit full-time during the internship period

• Applicants must be comfortable creating multiple poster concepts and variations regularly
