Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast-growing remote team. In this independent contractor role, you will take full ownership of our paid search strategy—building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing campaigns to drive qualified leads, maximize ROAS, and lower CPA.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max).
Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and perform A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates.
Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic, and revenue to the wider team.
Effectively allocate and monitor advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI across multiple client accounts or internal projects.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
Must have active Google Ads Certification which is highly preferred.
Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Must have strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable optimizations.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
