Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote or Hybrid from Warsaw, PL

We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven GlobalTalent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the people who make companies grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment.
• Utilize advanced tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search, to proactively engage passive candidates.
• Work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth pipeline management.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for both qualification and cultural fit.

Requirements:

• 6 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Strong proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+) for both written and verbal communication.
• Experience with C-level, tech and non-tech roles.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search methods, and ATS (Ashby as a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
